Ourea is a magical world where anything is possible and often its more terrifying than calm. Kara was a normal human until she accidentally came across Ourea and now her life is changed forever. I loved the world of Ourea and am very impressed by the author’s expertise in creating a different and unique fantasy world but still able to connect the reader with it!
The characterization is also admirable and I loved the characters of Kara and Braeden. Both have different goals but still together they are a team. The chemistry between them is built slowly but very sensitively by the author. I was hooked from the first page and didn’t stop reading until I had finished the whole book. Definitely a new addition to my loved books list.
I give Lichgates (Book One of the Grimoire Saga) a 4 out of 5 and strongly recommend that you read it as well as the other books in the series Treason (Book Two of the Grimoire Saga)
