What she doesn’t know is that the royal family is about to be swept up in unexpected danger and intrigue and that she just might be the only thing standing between her kingdom and destruction.
This retelling of the classic fairy tale, The Princess and the Pea, reimagines the risks and rewards that come when one royal family goes searching for a true princess.
Danger and romance await a woodcutter’s daughter in a royal palace.
ago that I would find true love through a pea, I would have laughed. I mean,
when you live in a forest and never see anyone who isn’t related to you, or at

advantage of your family in any way, do you think you can try to aim for some
basic courtesy towards me?” He continued to stand there in silence.

leaving my hand hanging. “If you agree to keep calling me Max from now on, I’ll
agree to truce. You can have all the courtesy you want.” His smile had gotten
bigger and he seemed to read agreement in the surprise on my face.
