- (Required) Follow the Host (Njkinny’s World of Books) and the Featured Blogger.
- Put your Blog name & URL in the Linky thing. You can also grab the code if you would like to insert it into your posts.
- Grab the button up there and place it in a post, this post is for people to find a place to say “hi” in your comments and that they are now following you.
- Follow Follow Follow as many as you can, as many as you want, or just follow a few. The whole point is to make new friends and find new blogs. Also, don’t just follow, comment and say hi. Another blogger might not know you are a new follower if you don’t say “HI”
- If someone comments and says they are following you, be a dear and follow back. Spread the Love…and the followers.

Tell us something about yourself.
but spent my teenage years in Texas and consider myself a Texan. What can I say
– I like warm/hot weather! I’m currently in my 3rd year as a
graduate student of Medieval History working on my PhD – and that’s why I need
my blog. To keep myself sane!
this blog?
an extremely bad blog when I started Grad School called Undergrad2Grad. The
idea was that I would write about the transition to grad school. I think I had
6 posts in 2 years and maybe twice as many visitors. So I thought I wasn’t a
blogger – turned out I didn’t have the right topic yet.
met some book bloggers on Shelfari. I loved their blogs and decided to give it
a go. The rest is history.
How did you come up with this name for your blog?
more specifically) is my favorite genre so I wanted the blog name to convey
that – but also apply to all books. Even the most realistic book is an escape
from our world and into a fantasy one. And I read them because it’s way more
fun than real life – hence, “Fantasy is More Fun” (it was going to be Fantasy
is More Fun than Real Life, but my brother convinced me that was a mouthful)
What is your blog about?
books – though a huge focus is fantasy and audio books.
discussion post and participate in a couple memes.
Clean Out Your E-Reader Challenge (called COYER) where we try to read AND
review as many free ebooks as possible. We just finished our second month and
it was a blast.
What’s the best thing that has happened to you because of blogging?
great friends, discovered books I never would have, gotten to know authors
personally, and found an outlet for the stress of grad school. And I’ve finally
started writing that UF book that I’ve had in my head for a while – I don’t
know if I would have had the courage to go for it without my blog.
What is the one special thing about your blog that sets it apart from all the
other similar blogs out there?
I’m a little bit crazy and I like to speak my mind – and my personality really
comes through in my posts. I do a bit of everything from reviews to discussions to keep it super
fun.
What are your future plans for your blog?
strong. Sure I’d love more followers, but it’s already way more successful than
I ever dreamed it would be, so I can’t complain!
