Question of the Week: What are some of your favorite picture books – either current ones or ones from your childhood?
I grew up reading the adventures of Tenali Ram, Birbal, Sheikh Chilli and the folk tales of Panchtantra. Then I went over to Chacha Chaudhary, Pinki, Billu, Super Commando Druv, Inspector Doga, Tiranga, Nagraj etc. Chanda Mama, Champak, Nandan etc. came later. I recently read books by Joy Findlay and found them very creative and such great pictures! 🙂
