Question of the Week:Do you have a go to genre when you’re happy, sad, or angry? – Suggested by
Take Me Away…
I dont usually need a specific genre to go to when I am feeling low or happy but rather I like re-reading my favourite books like the books featuring Sherlock Holmes, Hercule Poirot, Miss Marple and the romances from authors like Nora Roberts, Monica McLean, Annette Broadrick, B.J. Daniels etc. or diving into favourites like HP, Twilight series, Narnia series, books by Ruskin Bond, Premchand etc. It all depends on which is the first book I get my hands on while seraching through my favourites shelf. 🙂
What about you? Do you have a specific choice?

I don't have a go to genre myself! I just go with whatever book I'm reading at the time!

Re-reads are a good idea for getting into a better mood! I hadn't thought of that! New twitter follower! Here's my F&F.
I do have comfort books too. But I rather read something new if I'm sad. That's when I need a wider escape. My FF
I like to read my favorite books, the ones I can read over and over again to get myself in a better mood. Otherwise I just pick a book that matches my mood.
I'm a new GoodReads follower, and an old follower everywhere else.

I am always confused among all the books that I love so it's basically a competition where the first book becomes my reading friend 🙂
I can't re-read books. I just don't get into them the second time around knowing what I know going into them. Great answer! Jessi The Book Cove
